so I’ll say it again: Everything in moderation.
I don’t believe in diet meals—I believe in good,
balanced, whole-food eating. I was raised on
a Mediterranean diet, so I often cook with EVOO, grains and
lean meats. These are a big part of my lifestyle, and therefore
a constant in my recipes. “Good for you” doesn’t have to mean
